I'll never forget meeting Tom for the first Tom, it was a meeting of minds and I was instantly put at ease. I was blonde at the time and had an awful experience elsewhere that left me with a green tinge and 'the fear'. From our first appointment on we went on quite a journey over the years from long, blonde balayage to a chic ginger bob, and we never stopped laughing and talking the entire time. I can't recommend Tom highly enough
